What changed in the accounts this month?
A higher personnel total raises a practical question for a CFO. Did payroll change, did an invoice land in a different month, or did someone move an entry? We build reporting tools that let finance teams follow the number back to the books.

01 / THE MONTHLY CLOSE
Follow an entry through the close
An accounting connection is only the start. The report has to reflect each client’s chart of accounts, the right period and the cost centre responsible for the expense.
01 / CONNECT
Import the accounts
Bring ledger entries and account records in from the accounting provider. Show when the sync is complete before the team begins its review.
02 / CLASSIFY
Map and allocate
Map accounts to reporting categories. Assign a cost centre at account level and make transaction-level exceptions where the cost belongs elsewhere.
03 / RECONCILE
Explain the variance
Compare monthly totals, expand a category and trace an unexpected movement to the entries that contributed to it.
IN PRACTICE / YOUR CFO ALLY
Inside Nuon
We worked with Gonzalo to turn Holded data into nested P&L statements for his advisory team. An adviser can expand personnel costs, check the underlying transactions and correct an allocation before discussing the result with a client.
